Load balancing
If you cannot complete tasks in time, you can redistribute workload easily between project members or the entire project teams. Switch the issue board or the task board into the mode with grouping by assignee or by team. The workload data will be displayed, and you can redistribute tasks easily between project participants:
An indicator is displayed in "Employee/Sprint" cell that reflects the participant's workload with tasks. All tasks assigned to the participant in all projects during the sprint period are taken into the account. Available time is calculated as Sprint duration * Participant's workload in this project (usually 8 hours). If total participant's workload exceeds his availability within the sprint, the indicator turns red. In this case, you must redistribute tasks to more free participants, or navigate to "Task workload" module for this participant, figure out his workload in other projects, and lower the priority or task deadlines in other projects.
