Customization of UI
You can easily change the appearance of your support site by changing the color scheme, layout of design elements, changing forms and much more. To do this, you need to go to the administrative section and then to Settings - Texts.
Select the required section of the system, open the template for editing and make changes to it. If necessary, you can always return the system template by performing the appropriate action.
You can replace any template used by the request, even if it is not in this section. To do this, you need to copy the file from the directory
htdocs/co/bundles/Devprom/ServiceDeskBundle/Resources/views
to the directory
htdocs/conf/templates/en
