Process of reconciliation of artifacts (requirements, test and operational documentation) is implemented by means of “Requirement and documentation reconciliation" licensed module. Reconciliation capabilities allow you to:

• Define the circle of reconciliating persons by specifying project roles, teams, or particular users registered in the system.
• Form tasks for all reconciliating persons by specifying their required deadline. Such work items are displayed in "Assigned tasks" or "Tasks by assignees” list. System automatically notifies users about approaching of deadline of the planned work items, e.g., necessary reconciliations.
• Monitor reconciliation progress either by one reconciliating person or by all reconciliating persons.
• Control questions and remarks for project artifact being reconciliated.
• Organize a process of step-by-step reconciliation and approval by different groups of reconciliating persons.
• Fix standard groups of reconciliating persons (reconciliation sheet templates) and automate the generation of reconciliation sheets using system actions and templates.

Reconciliation processes are embedded into the lifecycle of project artifact and customized by means of different system actions bound to transitions or states.

To demonstrate reconciliation capabilities, use "Development based on requirements” process in which the example of reconciliation process is set up. To demonstrate capabilities of multi-stage (sequential) requirement reconciliation, use "Requirements reconciliation and approval” project setting. To do this, navigate to project settings and select "Apply settings" in "Templates and processes” section. Keep in mind that applying these settings fully replaces current lifecycle (status model) of the requirements.

Reconciliation parameters are stored in the reconciliation sheet. Reconciliation module allows to view the list of all reconciliations, as well as to control them. Use Active filter to filter out active and completed reconciliation sheets.

Use Reconciliation item in the context menu of actions for project artifact to initiate reconciliation for a particular project artifact.
