Test plan is a document that consists of sections with general information and test scenarios. In sections with general information, you can fix the environment requirements, list of the required equipment, etc.
The same test scenario can be included in different test plans, thus it can be used for different test purposes. To include a test scenario into the test plan, select the corresponding action in the scenario context menu.
To create standard test plans with prefilled sections quickly, save a test plan as the template. If you need to duplicate a test plan or an arbitrary suite of test scenarios, mark them with ticks in the list, and select “Duplicate" action in the bulk operations menu.
Test plan can be imported from the document and exported back to it, e.g., for reconciliation or transferring it to an assignee. Use your own document templates to export test plan with the required design, styles, title pages, and so on.
