A test report can be linked with one or several tasks. Thus, you can assign work items to your testers. In each task, you specify planned workloads, assignee and actual workloads.
Tasks assigned to the tester are displayed in "My tasks" list and in the recent tasks list at the top area of the application. The task board can be used to distribute tasks between team members and iterations in a convenient way. To display the board of test tasks, filter tasks by task type.
You can view participant’s workload and identify free resources or overloads based on planned workloads considering the involvement of testers in several projects. You can perform planned/actual analysis based on the actual workloads.
Based on the filled "Duration in test case” field in the particular report, system calculates the value of “Recent duration” for scenario, 7 as well as the value of “Average duration” using the suite of previously filled tests. Using these metrics, you can estimate workloads of testing a particular subset of scenarios or the entire test plan.
