The menu for navigating through system modules (vertical on the left) can be displayed in full size or collapsed to leave more space for working with design artifacts. All modules are grouped by stages of the technological process: modules for analysis, testing, etc. The menu is customizable and should be tailored to your process before starting the project.
The special Favorites section contains those modules that will be most often used by the project team and a specific user of the system. If you work with some modules or a report, you can easily add it to Favorites using the menu:
The My Projects (or All Projects) section contains modules for viewing data on all your projects, for example, the Assigned Work module displays all the tasks or requirements that are assigned to you. This menu is intended for quick transition from a certain project to general data. To configure the composition of the menu, you need to open the My Projects or All Projects portfolio in the project selector and configure their Favorites area.
The menu items are configured using the wrench icon located at the bottom of the vertical menu. You can organize convenient navigation for a specific project, save these settings for your own use or for the entire project (that is, for all participants) and save them in the process settings for future use in other projects.
Make menu settings, modules and new reports available to all project participants. To do this, you just need to go to My Settings and save them for everyone by clicking the appropriate buttons. After this, each project participant will see the same menu and will be able to use already configured reports. To reuse these settings in other projects, save the project settings as a template. When you create a project based on this template, all your settings will already be in the new project.
To use keyword search for the report you need, start typing words in the search bar at the top right. The application will show you a list of suitable modules and reports and you can open the one you need.
Modules and reports for quick access to frequently used data of the current user, or data on your commands are located in the menu next to the current user icon.
