Discussions

To create a discussion (comments), you open the request, task or requirement card and can leave a comment on previous discussions. In essence, this is a thematic forum in which you can conduct several threads of discussion.

By using the @ wildcard (at symbol), you can notify specific participants or roles about a given discussion.

To track all discussions for a project, portfolio or all projects, use the All Discussion module. You can select discussions by a specific author, comments from a customer, or all comments added by other users of the system.

Information about comments can be sent to email or chat if integration is configured.

To create a discussion within a team, similar to creating a new forum topic on the corresponding resources, you can select the Discussion item in the + button.

Discussions may be related to issues, requests, tasks, etc. The created discussion has its own life cycle, which you can customize. Thus, any questions related to the fulfillment of issues or enhancement can be framed in the form of discussions, the status of which can be tracked.
