Files and Applications
You can attach files to requests, tasks, and other project artifacts. You can attach several files at once. Images can be inserted directly in the WYSIWYG editor.
A list of all files for a project, program or portfolio is available in the "List of Files" module, a link to which is always available in the upper right corner of the application.
When you click on a link with a file name, the application will open the image for viewing, and if it is not an image, it will download the file to your computer. If multiple images are attached, use the gallery feature instead of opening and closing each image view.
If you want files to be immediately opened in the corresponding application (and not just downloaded to your PC), check the box as shown below (for the case of using the Chrome browser).
