The application consists of modules and reports in the form of lists, tables, boards or graphs. Modules are used for data entry and management, for importing and exporting data into various formats. All modules and reports can be customized to solve a specific problem using filters, grouping, sorting and column visibility settings. We have already set up the main reports for you, but the approaches and management styles are very diverse, so you can customize some data presentation options for yourself.
After setting up a module or report, the application will prompt you to save these changes. Changes can be saved individually or for all project participants (if you are a manager). You can also create a new module or report based on these settings, give it a name and, if necessary, share it with other project participants.
We have combined modules that are related in meaning in the Useful modules menu item. Use this menu to quickly navigate to various filters, previously saved reports and modules.
To open a module in a specific project or portfolio of projects, use the Open in menu. The system will display the data of the selected project or portfolio using this module.
Module or report settings can be shared with other project participants or customer representatives without saving. To do this, you need to select Share in the filter menu and copy the link to the module in the window that opens, or send this link by email.
Bulk operations are available in modules that allow you to change attribute values or perform actions on selected rows or cards. Check the boxes next to the required lines, or check the box next to the module settings button to select all lines. When selecting all rows, operations will be performed on all elements, including those located on additional pages.
On the right side of the page there is a drill-down pane that you can use to edit project artifacts, view general information about an artifact, view the discussion log, or view the change log. The panel can be hidden or shown if it is hidden. The panel display state is saved in your browser.
